– John Fuller, lawyer of the alleged murderer Cardell Hayes, stated a witness saw the gun in Will Smith’s possession before Cardell Hayes opened fire in self-defense. However, the New Orleans coroner disagrees saying that Will Smith was shot eight times, with seven of those bullets entering the back of the victim rather than the front.

– The Saints will honor the recent deaths of Hokie Gajan and Will Smith with a image in their Mercedes-Benz Superdome.

– The Patriots cut DE Dominique Easley who is currently facing a lawsuit for a dog attack in Florida.
