UPDATE – starting 11:15 AM MT: The following players are going to the practice squad:
- EDGE Ahmad Gooden (per Nicki Jhabvala)
- RB Khalfani Muhammad (per Ryan O’Halloran)
- QB Brett Rypien (per Tom Pelissero)
- DE Deyon Sizer (per Nicki Jhabvala)
- CB Alijah Holder (per Nicki Jhabvala)
- WR Fred Brown (per the team)
- T Quinn Bailey (per the team)
- G Tyler Jones (per the team)
UPDATE – September 1, 10:45 AM MT: The Broncos have claimed the following players off waivers:
- QB Brandon Allen (per Adam Schefter)
- TE Andrew Beck (per Mike Klis)
- C Corey Levin (per Mike Klis)
- WR Diontae Spencer (per Mike Klis)
In addition, Greg Auman reports that the Broncos will reunite with LB Corey Nelson, while Dianna Russini reported that they also signed CB Davontae Harris (and confirmed by Harris himself 10 minutes later). To make room, the following players that made the initial roster will be cut:
- WR River Cracraft (per Mike Klis)
- G Jake Rodgers (per Mike Klis)
- LB Josh Watson (per Ryan O’Halloran)
At 2 PM MT on August 31, the below consisted of the Broncos’ roster after the cutdown to 53 players. Note that there were 52 players on this list, with no designations to reserve lists.

2019 Pro Football Hall Of Fame Experience
This year, a bucket list item of mine was finally crossed off when I visited the Pro Football Hall Of Fame in Canton, Ohio. I would certainly recommend it if you have a wide knowledge of the history of professional football, and would like to see upfront some of the icons that have placed the sport where it is today. Venture beyond the fold to sample some of my journey as I can best explain it in words and images.
